Cashier Simulated Training (CST) for Sam's Club
Through a Computer Based Learning (CBL) system, Cashiers learn register operations through muscle memory training
and simulated transactions, On the Job Training (OJT) and Job Aids,
which are all connected by a Cashier Development Plan.
To complete the training, Associates must demonstrate proficiency in technical and Member service skills.
